Most of you are aware by now of the federal, state and local guidelines to suspend all activities that gather more than 10 people.  This is not a restriction on worshiping but on gathering in larger groups.  The leadership team has been meeting to determine the immediate future of Fox Creek Christian Church. The Bible makes it clear that the church is not a physical location but it is the people of God gathered together to worship Him, wherever they may be.  Because of this, we will be temporarily suspending all regularly scheduled services and activities of the church until further notice.  However, we encourage you to still BE the church.  How can we do this considering the current social climate?

In the book of Acts, the early church met in homes for the purpose of worship and building up of the body of Christ.  If you feel so led, you may host a small group of other believers in your home on Sunday for communion, worship, and to watch the prerecorded message. We ask that you attempt to limit these small group meetings to meet current guidelines.

On Sunday morning at 8am, a video will be posted to the church website and the church Facebook page.  Whether it is just your family in the privacy of your own home, or with a small group of other believers, we encourage you to set aside this special Lord’s Day to honor Him.

Prepackaged, individual communion sets and offering envelopes will be available in the church office this Saturday from 10am-noon.  In the weeks to come, those will be available in the office during regular office hours.  For any prayer requests or needs, you may call the church office or email the church secretary at

Please continue to keep our church, our nation, and our world in your prayers.

The Leadership Team of Fox Creek Christian Church

The leadership team of Fox Creek Christian Church has been keeping informed with the latest news regarding the Corona Virus.  Through prayer and discussion, we feel that it is in the best interest of the church to modify our regular weekly church schedule.

We WILL continue to offer our regularly scheduled services on Sunday morning at 8:45 and 11 including Kids Creek to provide the opportunity for those who choose to meet together.  We will continue to take the same precautionary measures used previously to sanitize before and between services and avoid contact during communion.

We are understanding of those who will choose not to meet in person.  We would encourage everyone – whether together here or in the privacy of your home – to take time to worship, study, and commune with God.  If you miss our Sunday morning service, the message will be posted on the church website and video on Facebook at noon on Sunday.  You may also access the church bulletin and the Easy Tithe link at the church website at

In regards to services normally held on Wednesday evening, Sunday evening and Sunday School, those services will be temporarily suspended through the end of March including Wednesday, evening, April 1.  If there are changes, we will keep you informed through the call-em-all system, church website, and Facebook page.  The children’s and student ministries will be reaching out to families soon to provide continued opportunities for spiritual growth during this time of suspended activity.

Please be in prayer for our community, nation, and world as we deal with this crisis.  We encourage you to make every effort to continue to grow in your faith during this trying time.

The Leadership Team of Fox Creek Christian Church

There has been a lot of concern building over the past several weeks regarding the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19).  With schools, businesses, and events being cancelled, the question has been asked, “How is Fox Creek Christian Church preparing to deal with this crisis?”  The leadership team - comprised of elders and the ministerial staff - has been discussing the balance of keeping people safe while keeping the ministries of the church functioning.  Our response to this is, We WILL NOT be cancelling our regularly scheduled services at this time but we have been and will continue taking precautionary measures to make this a safe place to worship.

High-traffic areas and surfaces have been cleaned and disinfected including chairs, tables, door knobs and hand rails. The children’s area and nursery have also been cleaned and disinfected. We will be slightly modifying our worship services to prevent the potential spread of any germs, including a temporary suspension of the shaking hands greeting time, individually prepackaged communion sets to be picked up at the door upon entering, and collecting offering at the door at the conclusion of the service.

We know that there are some who have compromised immune systems and are more susceptible to contagious diseases.  We are understanding in those cases of those who choose to worship at home until you feel safe to return to our regular services. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will do our best to keep you informed of any changes by the call-em-all system, church Facebook page, and Church website.

If you are unable to attend services on Sunday morning, please visit our website at to listen to the sermon which will be posted by 6pm on Sunday evening and access the bulletin to stay aware of what is going on in the body of Christ here at Fox Creek.  You may also consider online giving for your weekly tithes and offerings.  The EasyTithe link can be found on the church website.

Through this trying time, let this be a reminder to us all that we are not in control, but God is.  It is in Him alone that we find our peace and comfort.
